At Aaliya Collections, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure all garments are in their original condition, unworn, and with tags attached before placing them back in the original packaging.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
